These Terms govern your use of StatementFlow ("the service"), a browser-based tool that converts bank statement PDFs to CSV/Excel. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service parses bank statement PDFs in your browser and exports the transaction table as CSV or Excel. Free usage includes a limited preview (currently 6 pages per statement). Purchased page-credits raise that limit. Current limits are displayed on the homepage.
You agree NOT to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) convert statements you do not have the right to access, or use the output to misrepresent financial information โ converted output is intended for your own record-keeping, budgeting, or importing into accounting software for data that belongs to you; (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits, automate bulk access, or resell access to the service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
StatementFlow is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bank. Bank names are used solely to describe file compatibility. You are responsible for complying with your bank's terms regarding your statements.
Page-credits are a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider, Creem. Credits are tied to your browser via a local unlock flag. If you change browsers or devices, contact support with your order details and we will restore access. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service fails to perform its core function (statement extraction) and we cannot resolve the issue โ contact [email protected].
Extraction is performed by automated parsing that depends on each bank's statement layout. We do not guarantee that extracted data is complete or free of errors. You are responsible for verifying extracted transactions against your original statement before relying on them for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 10 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PURCHASE). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.
The service's code and design are owned by the operator. You retain all rights to the statements you convert and the output you download.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections 5โ7 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the homepage with an updated date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
