StatementFlow ("the service", this website) converts bank statement PDFs into CSV/Excel. This policy explains exactly what data is processed and how. In short: your statement files are parsed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to us.
The service may store a small flag in your browser's localStorage recording purchased page-credits, so the app can restore your paid status on your next visit. This value stays on your device. Aggregate, anonymous usage counters (e.g. "a conversion happened") are kept without any personal identifiers.
Page-credits are purchased through our payment provider, Creem (Creem IO). You provide payment details directly to Creem; we never see or store your card number. Creem may send us your order ID and email solely to deliver and verify your purchase. Creem's own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment data.
The site is served as static files from Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP address, URL, user agent) as any web host does. This metadata is not combined with your statement data, which never reaches the server.
Because we do not store statement data, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove the local credits flag, clear your browser's site data for this domain.
The service is a professional tool not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, display a notice on the homepage.
